2 marks on base-letters and Italy and Chinese mark

2 marks on base-letters and Italy and Chinese mark:- I purchased this piece several years ago. It's beautiful but the markings have me stumped. It is 9 3/4" tall and 9 1/2" in length. Any help with the markings and the age of this piece would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know too much about Chinese wares, so don't rely on me, wait until someone more knowledgeable comes along, but this has what could be an Italian importers/retailers mark together with a modern Chinese mark which takes from the old seal marks (normally they are red not white).
