This mark is not well known (to me, at any rate). I can't actually see what the pottery mark is trying to depict. If you can see better what it is in the flesh, please describe as best you can in the comments section below, as this will help Google find people searching for similar terms and therefore bring more traffic to your thread (thus giving you much more chance of you finding a solution quicker).

I think the mark looks somewhat Germanic or Bohemian and the dish is Bohemian Art Nouveau in style. Is the decoration hand painted and, if so, is it nicely painted?

The quality of the decorating will give a clue as to whether it is Bohemian/German or a Japanese mid to late 20th Century rip-off.

If it is transfer print I would guess it was a Japanese copy. The mark itself would be consistent with a mid to late 20th Century pottery mark from in Japan, but could equally be a Bohemian maker.

That's as best I can do right now. To conclude, hand-painting is less likely to be a Japanese copy. If it is Bohemian Art Nouveau, it could be worth a bit. If Japanese 20th century, not a lot.

Hopefully a more knowledgeable visitor will come up with the goods on this one.
