Blue crown above 3 letters on pigeon

Blue crown above 3 letters on pigeon:- I have a pigeon measuring 13.5cm high in gloss. The numbers 10901 are impressed & a blue crown with a pointy top & possibly letters ?SR then possibly MON. It is not Capodimonte but I cannot find anything to match it.

I cannot get a closer photo than provided.
