Dansk Tableware Gone Totally Nuts

Dansk Tableware are going mad and wow! - we have color and patterns. Peter, I was highly amused by your only just hidden dislike of Dansk Tableware!! LOL

Tut tut, you should be an impartial commentator, you know.

I just spotted the Arabesque pattern by Dansk - they are really pushing the boat out now. Instead of white, white or white, we have blue! Plus a rather wild pattern. Actually, joking apart. I quite like this set.

Does anyone have any other designs by Dansk that are wow and non-white. If so, can I make a request that they write into this marvelous page and show us. This is a great way to swap notes on china. Let's use it guys! It's free!

Dansk tableware still is not that frilly as far as I can see! LOL

However. I can see where you are coming from, Jack, the blue pattern collection is very sheek. I see that the other Scandinavian firm that told us to chuck out our chintz is going very colorful and patterned in recent seasons. I doubt whether Dansk tableware will ever go so bold as they are the founding fathers of a very slick, minimalist style and as such couldn't suddenly get all romantic and flowery, even if that's the new trent ......

.....Could they?
