Delphine Dressing Table Set

by Rob Jarrell

Delphine Dressing Table Set:- Recently, my mother passed away from a long battle with cancer. Going through her belongings, I found a dressing table set she purchased while living in England during the early 70's. The mark on the back of the set has the a crown on top, with "Delphine" printed in the ribbon below the crown. Then Crown China England stacked below that.

The set is white, with a pattern that has small roses, a circular pattern with roses in it, then finally a blue shape that resembles a heart. The set consists of a platter, two candlestick holders, a pin holder, a ring tree, and four containers that I would assume held various powders and other forms of makeup.

13 pieces in all (lids included). I would love to learn more about this, so if anyone can fill in the blanks on the history, timeline, value, etc of this set, I would most appreciate it,

Sincerely,

Rob Jarrell
