Identifying item (vase) and its stamp

Identifying item (vase) and its stamp:- Hopefully I haven't 'outworn' my welcome here :) This wee vase - I have tried and tried to read the stamp - I can't. It belonged to my late Mum as I've described in another query re the Ducal Violets tea set. It was just always there with her treasures.

Can anybody tell me what it is? The vase is about 10cm tall.
