Identifying item (vase) and its stamp

by Pam
(NZ)

Hopefully I haven't 'outworn' my welcome here :) This wee vase - I have tried and tried to read the stamp - I can't. It belonged to my late Mum as I've described in another query re the Ducal Violets tea set. It was just always there with her treasures. Can anybody tell me what it is? The vase is about 10cm tall.

Thank you in advance for any help...

Pam

Nittsjo Vase
by: Blake

Dear Pam,
Your earthenware vase was made by Nittsjo Earthenware Factory AB of Rattirk, Sweden. Based on the mark I believe it was made from 1947 onward. I don't have any pricing information for Nittsjo but you may be able to find the value by searching the web or eBay.
I hope this helps.

Yours, Blake
