Keeling & Co Tokiyo Pattern "Losol Ware" Meat Dish
by: Bill

This is probably Keeling & Co.
They produced a pattern named Tokiyo.
Probably also there are marks that indicate it might be produced in their "Losal Ware" body

Nice work by Bill. Many thanks for sharing that info.

I looked up Keeling & Co in Goddens and found out the following:-

They were in business in Burslem from 1886 - 1936 and were formally known as J. Gildea & Co.

They operated from the Dale works from 1887 and concentrated on earthenwares.

Their marks were

K & Co

K & Co. B.

& K. Co

1790
Late Mayers

Losol (not Losal) from 1912 onwards

Losolware

Not to be confused with several other Keelings:-

Joseph Keeling of Hanley 1802 - 1808

Samuel Keeling & Co of Hanley 1840 - 1850

aka S.K. & Co or S. Keeling & Co

Keeling & Toft & Co of Hanley 1805 to 1826 subsequently Toft and May.
