Miniture tea set ID No Marks

Thank you in advance .This Miniture tea set was Found with my parents belongings in a box (as in most families) burried for years in an attic. My family came to Mass.From Scotland and Ireland Via Quebec and PEI in the lat 1800's. This a small incomplete set W/O markings and it looks primitive to me except for the raised pattern design and gold painted accent lines.The flowers and ribbons are water colored. That is all I can think of. Thanks Again
