Oriental Pottery Mark and Teapot - similar to Royal Crown Derby but with W - also 3 2 1

Oriental Pottery Mark and Teapot - similar to Royal Crown Derby but with W - also 3 2 1:- My husband bought two of these pieces from an old lady who felt bad for charging him $10 (about 5 USD), because they were damaged. However we haven't been able to identify what they are or who the maker is to find out whether they would be worth having restored.Does anyone have any ideas? They are hand painted and the lady thought they may have been used for wine? The front side shows a flying peacock and a beetle, the backside shows foliage. The mark has a crown at the top with some sort of scroll-like things underneath, similar to Royal Crown Derby but the mark also has a W in it. There are the numbers 3 2 1 stamped into the bottom with a 2 beneath this line of numbers. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

Maria
