Pattern Mark Query - Samuel Radford

Dear Peter,

I have just purchased a coffee cup and saucer, made by Samuel Radford. The mark tells me this is a 1928+ design. However, I cannot identify the pattern and exact year.

The number is 7226/14 with three dots in a triangle under the 14.

I should like to know a little more, if you can help, as this will be a Christmas present for Mum.

I apologise for the poor quality of the photos - I have a mobile phone camera only!
