Hello could any body tell me the manufacturer of this porcelain figurine please
Thanks
George

The Admin Team says:

Goerge, Please send in a clear close up of the mark - we can't see it well enough (also a detail of faces and/or hands would help too). The overall sculpting line looks very well modeled indeed, suggesting European porcelain, rather than cheap rip-off. The crown style is typically German. The devil is in the detail though.

Hi Peter where can i send you the pictures of this figurine???Peter i looked a lot on the internet and it would seem that my figurine looks like a Volkstedt maybe ???
Thanks Peter i really appreciate the help of you and your web site
Best regards

Could be any Thuringian maker, not necessarily Volkstedt - there are many variations on that 'three loop' crown from that region. From what I can see of it, that exact mark is not in any of my books. Best to try scanning Porcelainmarksandmore.com - German and East European porcelain marks, and if no joy there get an appraisal from [Whats-it-worth] - they will have a German specialist in their midst. They always seem to deliver accurate appraisals.. Your piece is possible valuable, you realise?

Thanks Peter
