These look to be nice German quality figurines. Look into the following makers all of whom used a crowned S mark. Not sure which one yours belongs to:-

P. Donath of Tiefenfurt, Sileseia, Germany

Carl Scheidig of Gräfenthal, East Germany

Carl Hans Tuppack of the same Sileseian town.

Alfred Voight of Sitzendorf, Thuringia, Germany.

Christian Seltman of Weiden, Palatinate, Germany.
