the drawing on one of the vases is signed: collinet?
can you help me recognize the make and year of these vases
Thanks a million

Dear Bassiouni
Many thanks for gracing this website with this marvelous query. I am so glad you chose us to help you in the first instance.
The job of this website is to help people realise what they have, and then help them make the next important step.
You say you recently purchased these urns, so you might well know what you possibly might have. I don't know what you know already.
You actually may know more than me because remember, I am not an expert, I just collate information and leave it online as a free public record to help people.
Now that said, I think your vases may be French Sevres ware and from around 1890. If they are genuinely by Collinet, they do have a very good collectible value and should be resold through a top specialist international auction house like Sothebies New York/London (unless you have bought them to keep in your own private collection).
You must talk to a specialist expert immediately for a professional assessment. You have several choices. Either go to your nearest specialist international auction house (this should be totally free), or if that is difficult you may need to pay for an online assessment.
If, for convenience, you decide this route I urge you to use use my own
antique expert valuation liaison service which has a small admin fee to process it, but you talk to the best international experts on antique ceramics in the world. I have used most of the other online services and frankly my experiences prompted me to start my own.
Congratulations on your purchase.
