pottery mark Query - circled R above Castle, Wolf and Harp

Hi the cup and saucer were given to me when my mom died. It says Belleek and then a banner with Ireland on the cup and saucer...I would like to know something about this little set; if it has worth; how old it is etc... Someone told me they thought the pattern was Limpett. I don't have a picture yet. Thanks all for your help.
