Royal Doulton Glamis Thistle Marking Question:- Hello--my grandmother recently gifted me with some Royal Doulton Glamis Thistle china she had inherited from a friend.
I've done a little digging, and have found it was manufactured from 1937-1961. There's an additional number marking on my set, "19".
I found one piece for sale online that said it's "13" marking indicated it was manufactured in 1940, so I'm assuming the "19" indicates when it was manufactured, but I can't seem to find any references to suggest what year the "19" would represent.
Any ideas, suggestions where to look?
There's a Royal Doulton stamp in green which has the "19" number to right of it.
Below that in brown is stamped:

Thanks,
Aislinn
