Spammers posting in the comments threads....

Sellers should only post in a 'Wanted' comments thread if the specific item(s) requested are in the Seller's inventory.

For example, if a poster is looking for "Franciscan Pottery" you may contact that poster if you have any Franciscan Pottery in your inventory.

....However, if the poster is searching for "Franciscan Pottery in the Apple pattern" you should join the thread only if you have Franciscan Pottery in the Apple pattern.

Sellers who join a comments thread at random trying to sell general items will be considered 'spammers' and banned.

Similarly sellers who list all their inventory in their own comments section having taken advantage of a free ad, will be considered spammers and banned. The Multiple Listings Pro service has been designed for dealers with multiple items.

Fake id's....

Those people entering fake id's and email numbers to take advantage of the free selling listing will be banned.

Promoting outside links....

You may only refer to links OUTSIDE FS.com if you purchase a MULTIPLE PRO listing - This is NEVER allowed on a free listing.

Always describe accurately....

If you post a For Sale ad, you must accurately describe the condition of the item, and the item must not be a reproduction, unless your ad clearly states that it is. You must clearly mark any chips or imperfections.

Disputes....

You agree that the FS.com is a classified advertising service and is merely a venue allowing sellers and buyers to find each other.

As such, the FS.com is not involved and is not responsible for transactions between users of this service. Although buyers and sellers should try to resolve disputes to the satisfaction of all parties, it is not the responsibility of this site to resolve or settle such disputes.

Payment methods....

Payments methods are up to the two parties. However, FS.com strongly advises the use of Paypal because they have a buyer protection policy which specifically includes the following:-

"What you bought never showed up"

and

"What you bought was very different from what you actually got"

FS.com harmless....

In any case, you agree to hold FS.com harmless against any financial losses that may arise, including as a result of technical problem with this site, loss of data, deletion of ads for any reason, or resulting from transactions with other users of this site.

Termination....

Your Registration in the FS.com can be terminated by either party for any reason, without cost or liabilty to either party, and all content provided by the User will be deleted in such a case.
