Dear Paul
You seem to have some nice china.
Sutherland is a pottery mark of a firm called Hudson & Middleton of Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. There is lots of information of them on this site (just go to the Antique Bone China A to Z guide or use the search site facility). They are a well known maker who survive to this day and work from the listed 'Sutherland works'. It is rare for a specialist bone china to have survived this long without being swallowed up by the big firms or gone to the wall.
Elizabethan is not a maker listed in my books and I had never heard of them before your query. However, there is quite a bit of Elizabethan for sale online. My guess is this pottery mark is either a brand name of a distributor or it is a more recent manufacturer - active only since the 1950's or 60's and possibly now defunct.
Mandarin (not 'mandarain') would probably not be a maker. Mandarin is a word of Chinese origin and normally refers to a pattern or a mark of a manufacturer. It is unlikely there is a maker named 'Mandarin' bone china or some such.
Best regards
