Vale Mark Query

I want to purchase a tea-cup and saucer, cream jug and possibly 5 x large plates in this pattern (see photos) by Royal Vale - the pattern number is hard to decipher but is in gold and I think reads either 7137 or 7133 (in fact on one the markings the 7 could be a 9 !)

I have tried to search for the date of this set but am unable to find anything.

Marking is:-

Black lettering and oval outline
Crown on top of oval
Royal Vale (there are NO numbers either side of Vale)
Bone China both in middle of oval shape
Made in England under oval shape

Gold lettering 7137 or 7133 (as explained above)
