Wanted! Duchess Tea Pot code A40

I have inherited a Duchess teaset from my Nana, which does not have a teapot. On the base of the items is written "Duchess Bone China Made in England" and hand-painted is the code A40. The inside of the cup is egg-shell blue as is the handle. The outside of the cup is white with blue and pink flowers.

I would dearly love to find a teapot.. Can you help?
