ROYAL TUSCAN Fine English Bone China - (HEATHER? PATTERN)

This set is very dear to me however with active twin children much of my collection has broken through the years.

I am uncertain about the actual pattern name however I found it listed as HEATHER on one site.

It has a white background, yellow band, gold trim and a wreath of leaves and berries running around the yellow trim.
