What age, Samuel Radford tea set Marked RC or RO?

What age, Samuel Radford tea set Marked RC or RO? (could also be read as 'C R' or 'O R'):- My husband has been given a tea set from his granddad and I have been trying to find out more information about the items. From your site I have been able to work out that the maker was Samuel Radford and I think it was produced after 1913 but it would be nice to know for sure. We have tea cups, saucers, side plates, two large plates and a sugar bowl. I have been able to track down the pattern but can not find any items in the same colour. Please can anyone give me some more information on the set and what do the 3 dots mean. It would be nice to know more about the set so I can one day pass on the information through the family.
