Antique China Urn/Lamp? Capital B Mark, Name Slightly Legible

Hello... I'm curious as to who made this Urn? or Lamp? It looked interesting to me when I went to a garage sale, so I purchased it. It was originally set up like a lamp, but I was curious as to who made it so I disassembled it and found this mark mark on the bottom.

Part of the name can be read, but some of it is wiped off and the letters are a bit thick to make out the ones you can see... Looks like B _ _ b er i l b? But, not certain of that even. But, it is marked China below the B maker's mark.

I am a collector of old things generally... Some porcelain figurines (mainly German), marbles, toys, statues, masks. I try to find these things online or at garage sales, estate sales, thrift shops.

Since this piqued my interest, I would like to know it's origin and value if possible? May assemble it back into a lamp or glue it together as an urn and display it. And also learn a thing or two, could it be an old English piece? I am not well versed on china and porcelain and would like to learn more, so I can expand my knowledge when I'm looking for good finds.

I looked through the site first, but was unable to find this mark in either of the China guides as well as when running a search on this site, and others.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
