Blue rimmed plates Haviland plates perhaps?

Hi, I am in love with the blue rimmed plates in the center. Are these Haviland perhaps? I want to look for these or plates like them but without more specific details find myself at a loss to know what to search for in order to narrow my search to produce anything fruitful (ie searching for "blue rim" "scroll rim" or "scallop rim" china produces little in the way of resemblance. Any pointers, help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
